RETURNS POLICY
We want you to try out your Aithos purchase for up to 60 days after delivery to make sure it is right for you. If it's not right for you, here are a few ways to initiate a return or exchange:
- Send us an email with your order number and item details at reachout@aithossports.com.
- Call us toll free at 888-858-2725 with your order number ready.
- Return to the Shop page at www.aithossports.com, if you created an account during your purchase. Then find your order and click the Return Items link to submit a return.
Just enjoy getting more fit during your 60-day trial.
*Please note:
- Proof of purchase will need to be verified for any returned items.
- Any items should be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Any returned items must be in unworn and unwashed condition in the original packaging.
- Any returned footwear should include the original shoe box and the 2 EZattach connector pins with EZlock device, in original condition.
RETURNS POLICY EXCEPTIONS
- Clearance items cannot be returned.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you receive an incorrect or defective item.
WARRANTY
We warrant that the products sold are free of defects in materials and workmanship and are in excellent working order at the time of purchase. If the product becomes defective within 12 months of purchase, we will replace the product once it is returned to us. This warranty does not apply to any damage caused by accident, abuse or misuse of the product. The warranty period is not renewed with any replacement product. For example, if a product has a 12-month warranty and is replaced within the first 6 months, then the replacement product will inherit the remaining 6 months of the 12-month warranty period. Commercial purchases come with a 6-month warranty period. There are no other warranties other than those expressly set forth within.
