Perfect for home gym sessions
Feel solid and they stay in place when using resistance bands. Great concept!

You can tell the shoes are built solid. Not the lightest, but very supportive.

Takes some workouts to break in, but once they do, the support is excellent for long sessions.

I’m 52, train 4 days a week, and these shoes are holding up. Seem like they are built to last longer than a normal athletic shoe.
