Feels like pro made gear
I’ve never felt anything like this on my feet. You get used to it quick. Recommend for harder ab workouts and certain glute exercises. Black looks good too.
-
Excellent for functional demos
I work in physical therapy and use these for rehab demos. It gives my clients a quicker understanding of the proper foot and leg movements.
-
Clean, professional style
I like the minimalist design. Clean enough to wear between the office and the gym. The band anchor points are a great addition.
-
A bit narrow but solid
Fit is snug and might not suit wider feet. However, the heel lock-in is really solid for plyometic work.
-
Decent for travel workouts
I pack these when I travel for work. Versatile with resistance bands in the hotel room and gym.

The shoe is my favorite now
This is my favorite shoe for strength days now. I just love the convenience of wearing them in my kitchen and family room while I cook or watch TV. Keeps me busy during commercial breaks!
-
Good option for heavy squat
I band stack for more resistance and these do ok.
-
Stiff at first, then solid
Wasn’t sure about the stiffness initially, but they broke in after 2-3 workouts. Very good after that.
-
Seem durable
I do a lot of sled pushes and lunges, and these have stood up to it all with minimal wear.
